  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until the dough comes together.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the strawberry jam.
  8. Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  9. Cut the log into 8 equal-sized rolls.
  10. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with a little water until desired consistency is reached.
  12. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  13. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls and top with fresh strawberries.
  14. Serve warm and enjoy!
