Ingredients
  • 3 piece Ripe Bananas
  • 1.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
