Ingredients
  • 200 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Cream Cheese
  • 100 gram Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 200 gram Orange
  • 200 gram Lemon
  • 200 gram Whipped Cream
  • 10 gram Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base.
  4. Slice the orange and lemon into thin rounds and arrange them on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the citrus slices.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the dessert to set.
  7. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and mint leaves.
