  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, ghee, water, and salt. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.
  3. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  4. Apply ghee and oil on the rolled-out circle.
  5. Make small cuts using a knife or scissors on the circle.
  6. Start folding the circle from one side, making pleats.
  7. Roll the pleated dough into a spiral shape.
  8. Flatten the spiral-shaped dough using a rolling pin.
  9. Heat a pan and cook the flattened dough on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite curry or yogurt.
