  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Heat milk and butter until warm.
  3. Add milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
  7. Roll out the dough and cut into doughnut shapes.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer.
  9. Fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
  10. Drain on paper towels.
  11. Coat with powdered sugar.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
