Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 4 package Cream cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, lemon juice, sour cream, and flour until well combined.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until center is set. Turn off oven, and let cheesecake sit in the oven with the door closed for 3 hours.
  6. Remove from oven, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before removing from the pan.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
