Rinse and drain kidney beans. In a large bowl, mash kidney beans with a fork. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add sautéed garlic, bread crumbs, egg, flour, salt, and black pepper to the mashed kidney beans. Mix well. Shape the mixture into small patties. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the kidney bean patties until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Let the patties rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
