Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
  7. Place the steamed cauliflower in a casserole dish and pour the cheese sauce over it.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
