Ingredients
  • 1 cup Buckwheat groats
  • 1 cup Egg noodles
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the buckwheat groats according to package instructions.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
  6. Add the cooked buckwheat groats and egg noodles to the skillet, and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
