Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 200 gram Sour cream
  • 400 gram Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the sour cream.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Stir in the vanilla sugar.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
