In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.

Bake the pretzel crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Add frozen strawberries and let the mixture partially set.
