  • 150 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Jam (any flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, rolled oats, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the jam evenly over the crust.
  6. Crumble the remaining mixture over the jam layer.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
