Ingredients
  • 300 gram Pizza Dough
  • 200 gram Paneer
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 1 medium-sized Capsicum
  • 1 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a round shape.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the dough.
  4. In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions, capsicum, and tomatoes.
  5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  6. Spread the cooked vegetables on the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle grated paneer and mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
