Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 piece Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 4 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 piece Lime
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a separate skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  5. Add ground cumin, chili powder, and salt to the onion mixture and cook for another minute.
  6. Add the onion mixture to the skillet with the potatoes and mix well.
  7. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame.
  8. Assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of the potato mixture onto each tortilla.
  9. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
