Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 12 scoop Ice cream
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal portions and wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Roll out one portion of the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into small squares or circles using a cookie cutter or knife.
  6. Place a small scoop of ice cream in the center of each square or circle.
  7. Fold the corners of the dough over the ice cream, forming a triangle or pocket shape.
  8. Place the kolaczki on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the kolaczki to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
