Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 6 unit Eggs
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 1 unit Bell Pepper
  • 200 gram Smoked Sausage
  • 200 gram Sour Cream
  • 100 gram Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Chop the onion and bell pepper.
  4. Slice the smoked sausage.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
  7. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  9. Top with half of the sautéed onion, bell pepper, and smoked sausage mixture.
  10. Pour half of the egg mixture over the layers.
  11. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  12. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  13. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  14. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  15. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
