  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the mini loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
