Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and orange food coloring. Mix until well combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
