Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and minced garlic.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the garlic butter.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle parsley over the top.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
