  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  7. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the batter.
  8. Sprinkle the hot cocoa mix over the marshmallows.
  9. Pour the remaining batter over the marshmallows and cocoa mix.
  10. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
