Ingredients
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of bread, crackers, or vegetables.
