Ingredients
  • 2 cup Corn kernels
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 piece Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 piece Green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.5 cup Tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapeno peppers, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the corn kernels until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
