Ingredients
  • 250 gram Macaroni
  • 200 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 50 gram Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and mustard powder until well combined.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. Transfer the macaroni mixture to a baking dish.
  8. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the macaroni.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
