Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a tablespoon of butter.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  8. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  9. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  10. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup and additional sliced bananas and walnuts, if desired.
