Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dates
  • 150 gram Dried Apricots
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Honey
  • 200 gram Rolled Oats
  • 100 gram Almonds
  • 50 gram Desiccated Coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates, dried apricots, butter, and honey until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, almonds, and desiccated coconut.
  4. Combine the date mixture with the oat mixture and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool in the dish for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, slice into squares or bars.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
