  • 3 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the honey and vegetable oil to the yeast mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
