Ingredients
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tablespoon White Onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, minced white onion, white vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce.
  4. Plate the chopped lettuce and drizzle the homemade thousand island dressing over it.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
