Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, folding gently until well combined.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is golden and springs back when lightly touched.

While the cake is still warm, dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar.

Invert the cake onto the towel and carefully remove the parchment paper.

Starting from one end, roll the cake tightly with the towel. Let it cool completely.

Once the cake is cooled, carefully unroll it and spread whipped cream evenly over the surface.

Place sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.

Gently roll the cake back up, removing the towel as you go.

Dust with powdered sugar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
