Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Pickles, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon Celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, chopped pickles, finely diced red onion, finely diced celery, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill.
  4. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and gently toss until well coated with the dressing.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve chilled and garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
