Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add yogurt and milk to the bowl and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. After the resting period, divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.
  6. Roll out each ball into a flat oval shape.
  7. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  8. Place the rolled naan on the hot griddle and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown spots appear.
  9. Brush the cooked naan with melted butter.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite curry or dip.
