  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Assorted vegetables (carrots, zucchini, bell peppers)
  • for serving Dipping sauce of your choice
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water while whisking until the batter is smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Dip the assorted vegetables into the batter, making sure they are fully coated.
  5. Carefully place the coated vegetables into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  7. Serve the fried flower-shaped appetizers with your choice of dipping sauce.
