Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hodgson Mill's Bran Muffin Mix
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line muffin cups.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the muffin mix, egg, oil, and milk. Stir until well blended.
  3. Fold in raisins and chopped nuts.
  4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
