Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Dried herbs (such as oregano, basil, thyme)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Warm water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and dried herbs.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a long rope, then twist into a pretzel shape.
  8. Place the twists onto the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
