Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the dark chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
