Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 piece Shallots
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice them thinly, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Finely chop the shallots.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet and brush them with the oil mixture, making sure to get in between the slices.
  6. Insert the chopped shallots in between the slices.
  7. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
