  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
  4. Press the mixture into the base of a greased springform pan.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
  10. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 2 hours.
  11. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  12. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
