  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the potato slices in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the potato slices on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes per side, or until golden brown and tender.
