Ingredients
  • 1 pack Pie crust
  • 6 piece Bananas
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut out 6 circles slightly larger than the size of the banana.
  3. Peel the bananas and place each one on a pie crust circle.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon the mixture over each banana, making sure to cover them completely.
  6. Place the banana pies on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the bananas are soft.
  7. Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the grilled banana mini pies with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
