  • 100 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 20 gram Fresh mint leaves
  • 100 gram White chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, matcha green tea powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the fresh mint leaves and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
