Ingredients
  • 4 piece Tortillas
  • 200 gram Feta cheese
  • 100 gram Black olives
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and slice the cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red onion.
  3. Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.
  4. Place a tortilla, oiled side down, on the skillet or grill pan.
  5. Sprinkle the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, dried oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over the tortilla.
  6. Top with another tortilla, oiled side up.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
