  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
