Ingredients
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together granola, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon the batter into cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the cupcakes to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
