Ingredients
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Alphabet pasta
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 stalk Celery stalks
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat vegetable broth over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, tomato, bay leaf, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add alphabet pasta and frozen peas to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
