  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Stir in the milk to form a dough.
  6. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  9. Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
