  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour the melted butter into the sugar mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the blondies are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the blondies cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  10. Once cooled, remove from the pan and cut into squares.
