  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Beer
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the goat cheese and butter to the dry ingredients. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the cheese and butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Pour in the beer and honey. Stir until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead gently for about 1 minute, until the dough comes together.
  6. Roll out the dough to a 1-inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
