  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add the sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the avocado mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
