  • 16 ounce Portabella mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Clean the portabella mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the portabella mushrooms to the skillet, gill side down.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and let the mushrooms rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
