Ingredients
  • 3 cup Bread Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine bread flour, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
  2. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and fresh parsley. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
