Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, and salt.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the garlic butter.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  8. Let the bread rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
